Return/Replacement Policy

• If a customer places an order for the wrong model, design, or color, a handling charge of ₹80 per order will apply for returns or refunds to the customer’s bank account. This charge covers two-way courier costs, packing expenses, and bank charges.
• For COD orders, you have to pay ₹80 in advance; if the customer does not accept the order during the second delivery attempt, this amount will be taken as a courier expense, and it’s not refundable.
• For prepaid orders, if the customer refuses to accept the order during delivery, the courier charges of ₹80 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse, overuse, or improper handling by the customer.
• Items are eligible for a refund or replacement only in the event of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, a free replacement or refund will be provided.
• Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video helps us promptly validate any return, replacement, or refund claims.
• Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the package.
• The refund process begins once the original product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the Quality Check (QC) process. The refund amount will be processed within 2 working days after QC approval.
• To be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund, the buyer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.
• In the case of diamond covers, we assure customers that all products are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. However, there is a possibility that diamonds may fall off during transit, and in such cases, we will not be held responsible.
• If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may opt for an exchange or a refund as per the company’s policy.
