Return/Replacement Policy

  • Products can be returned or replaced if the customer places an order for the wrong model, design, or color. As per the company's guidelines, a charge of ₹250 per order may apply to cover returns or refunds to the customer’s bank account as handling expenses. (₹250 counts as two-way courier cost, packing cost, and bank charge.)
  • Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Items can only be refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
  • You can replace the product in the event of a manufacturing defect. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.
  • Please ensure to keep an unboxing video, as it will assist us in promptly validating the issue.
  • Return requests are accepted within 2 days of receiving the package.
  • The refund process begins once the original product reaches our warehouse and passes the QC process. The refund amount has been received within 2 days.
  • As explained earlier, to be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund of any item, the buyer must provide an authenticated unboxing video that can support the buyer's claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • In the case of diamond covers, we assure you from our side that we will send you a completely quality-checked product, but there are chances for diamonds to fall off in transit. So, in that context, we are not at all responsible.
  • There is an added policy for any type of cover or accessory you purchase from our website that, if you want packing video from our side, we will provide you with a complete packing video of your order on your demand.
  • If the customer does not like the product, he or she will be able to exchange it or receive a refund.
