• Cover Champ accepts both prepaid and postpaid (COD) orders.
• Cover Champ ships orders within India.
• Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, subject to courier company and postal service norms.
• Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days in COD orders. If it’s a prepaid order, delivery should take 2-3 days. However, delivery times may vary due to external or internal factors and are subject to change.
• For any type of cover or accessory purchased from our website, customers may request a packing video before dispatch. Upon request, we will provide a complete packing video of your order.
